I'm Klaus Nicholls and I like to take pictures. Nothing crazy, nothing beautiful, just pictures. I have been taking pictures since December 2022. I had gotten my first camera for Christmas after I asked my mom for one because my friend had gotten one for his birthday, his was new, mine wasn't. It was a 2008 Canon Powershot that she had gotten for free with the old SD card still inside with a couple of pictures that hadn't been deleted still on it. The first pictures I took were of my dogs, and then I later took it to New York City for summer vacation where I took my favourite pictures of mine on it. I wanted to take pictures that were real. Not edited, not fake. I find myself photographing nature and plants. Not on purpose, I just lean towards it. I occasionally take portraits but not as much as nature. Doing photography forces myself to look at the rawness of the world, but by taking those pictures it also forces other people to look at it too.
